SHIPPING COSTS
Free delivery anywhere in Canada with purchase of $75 or more of products on the website. This excludes face-to-face and online courses.
This offer is not applicable to resellers and stores that benefit from a discount. If you are a reseller or a shop, shipping costs will be added to your invoice manually just before your credit card is charged.
If you have to pay shipping costs, we review each order before shipment to reduce costs where possible.
Please note that some products are not eligible for free delivery due to their large size (e.g. canvas larger than 24″) or fragility. If this is the case, it will be written “This product cannot be delivered” on the product in your shopping cart. If you would like to pay the shipping costs yourself, or take the risk in the event of fragility, please call or e-mail us so that we can assess whether this is possible.
Some canvas sizes are simply too large to be delivered by carriers. Large sheets of paper will also have the same mention in your basket, as we can’t ship them flat. If you agree to receive them rolled or folded, simply note this in the comments section of your order and we’ll send them to you at no extra charge if your order qualifies for free delivery.
REDUCED SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs will be REDUCED by us before payment if it is possible to send your order in a regular envelope or a large envelope by regular mail instead of a parcel. The difference is appreciable, since the minimum shipping cost per parcel is approximately $10 to $15, depending on the destination, compared with a large envelope, which varies according to weight in Canada from $2.61 to $7.36, in the United States from $4.29 to $14.99 and in other countries from $8.60 to $29.96. Of course, if you have selected Priority or Xpresspost shipping, we will not change your shipping method for regular mail in order to respect the shipping urgency you have selected.
This possible shipping discount applies mainly to patterns and stencils with a maximum size of 8.5 “x11” and when you order a small quantity. It may also apply to other small, lightweight items such as brushes.
An e-mail notification will be sent to you with the modified invoice for your order.
It is always possible to select PICK-UP at the boutique to avoid shipping charges. In this case, your order will be held at the shop for you to pick up.
If you order only seminars or creative art classes, you can only select the PICK UP option because, considering the nature of the product, you have to attend the classes and therefore no shipping charge is possible.

DELIVERY POLICY

1. General Information
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.
2. Delivery Locations
Items offered on our website are may be subject to delivery restrictions for some countries. We also accept orders from international customers who are shipping to addresses in Canada. We reserve the right to cancel partially or completely an order if purchased items can not be shipped to a country other than Canada in compliance with the laws or restrictions of export from Canada. If applicable, you will be notified by email or telephone to authorize a partial shipment for authorized products or we will refund you according to the original method of payment.
3. Delivery Time
An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed at the choice of a parcel service. Delivery time when using regular postal service with an envelope are to Canada 2-4 business days, to United States 4-6 business days and to other countries 4-7 business days. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 5 à 10 business days of the date of your order. Business day mean Monday to Friday, except holidays. Please note we do not ship on Saturday and Sunday.
Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.
4. Shipping Instructions
You can provide specific shipping instructions by emailing us back from your order confirmation email or by entering them in the appropriate section when you complete your order. Please be sure to include your order number if you e-mail us separately.
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs depend on the weight and size of your order and the shipping method. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you wish to buy to your basket and proceed to the checkout page. This is where the shipping costs will be displayed. Additional charges may apply for shipping large or heavy items or to remote areas. You will be informed of any such charges on the payment page.
Sales tax is charged according to the province or territory to which the item is shipped. Shipping costs include sales taxes where applicable.
Any customs duties required by the authorities are not the responsibility of Pin-So and must be paid by the customer.
We review each order prior to shipment and use regular mail instead of parcel post whenever possible to reduce shipping costs. You will be notified by e-mail.
If for any reason we need to increase shipping costs, you will be contacted for approval or cancellation of your order.
